I choose you Vulpix!

Here is my stab at Adobe Illustrator - I chose to TRY to
illustrate my dog Vulpix, and I must admit that it was
rather challenging. Regardless, a beneficial exercise!

Also, I have a few links to some websites that I found
when doing "research" on Hermann Zapf - the creator
of the Palatino type-family.

They are here if anyone needs them:

KABOOM Typography!

My fiance, Naaman, is obsessed with comics. They basically define him. Needless to say, he came across this and thought I would really enjoy it - and I do!

This was created by James Pannafino who labels himself a teacher/designer/artist. This was a concept he put together of a comic that is purely typographical, no graphics or illustrations, like comics are known for embodying. I thought this was ingenious, maybe not very practical for everyday comic lovers, but very different. I think the greatest thing about it, is there is actually a story line, and despite the absence of pictures, there is still visual interest with the typefaces.
